Dear Neil,
Last year, around this time, I was coming out of a hole dug by 8 months of unemployment.
I was not badly in debt, but enough, and looking to refinance.
Somehow I met up with Curt Biggs online.
He offered sound advice and encouraging words, however I had a friend who was a mortgage broker and went with loyalty.
Through that friend, I acquired a 5 year ARM loan that allowed me to pay interest only (the absolute minimum payment).
After only one year of those payments, I began to feel as if I was merely renting my own house.
Plus, I had several home improvement needs crop up, as they always seem to do, at the same time.
Since I was less than satisfied that my friend had actually looked out for my best interests, I once again contacted Curt.
He asked all necessary, pertinent questions, analyzed my situation,
and came up with several viable options for me to research and examine.
In addition, he also provided guidance on how to solve some of my home improvement issues.
The more we communicated, the more confident I became. We closed a couple weeks ago.
I have been a single-mom-homeowner for over 12 years.
It has never been easy, and likely may never be, but I can say that I feel really good
about this transaction founded through Curt.
He acted in a professional, informative, well educated, sincere manner.
It is clear that Curt really enjoys his job because he truly believes that he is helping others.
His sincerity is apparent and appreciated.
I must admit that I am a bit unnerved by my new mortgage payment, because it is more
than the interest only payment I was making, but I believe that Curt guided me to
the best decision for my situation, and it is now totally up to me to make it work.
I'm back on track toward paying my house off, I have the cash I wanted for home improvement
and Curt arranged for some cash that I can keep in savings.
He became a friend when I though he was just a mortgage guy; A great mortgage guy, but still...
I already have enthusiastically recommend Curt's services to several of my acquaintances, friends and family!

Thank you so much for helping us in becoming new home owners.

We apologize that this note was so long in coming but with being new home owners, and now engaged!
There has been lots to do.

From explaining loan options all the way to signing the closing papers.
You made us feel very comfortable with all the big decisions we had to make,
and again, we have to thank you for your patience.
I know we bugged you with a lot of how's, why's and why not's but instead of getting flustered,

Good Morning Mr. Coleman:
I have just recently taken a new job and while in transition I received numerous emails from clients
which made me feel very special.
I stopped and thought, when is the last time I sent a note or email regarding anyone.
I immediately thought of Tara.
I have known Tara for about 3 years now and she has helped me through some financially rough times.
She is incredible at what she does.
I have sent several people to her with no second thoughts.
Everyone I know who has worked with Tara says nothing but good things.
We often joke that Tara is the "Mortgage Goddess".
I mean, seriously, what does she NOT know about the industry?
She has an unbelievable understanding of what is the best way of handling the different situations
for the individual she is working with at that time.
She is a great asset to the company and it is always great to hear it from other people.

Dear Mr. Coleman,
Our family recently found ourselves in need of help in securing mortgages in order to buy our 2 homes.
My husband and I have bought and sold homes in the past in New Mexico
(we moved to Illinois two years ago) but were totally unfamiliar with the process in Illinois.
In addition, our daughter and son-in-law were in need of a mortgage to purchase their first home.
Needless to say, we all four entered this process with more than a little apprehension.

We are all settled in to our new homes now and just today
