Jim joined the Envision team in January 2005 after 9 years in a leadership position for two nationwide mortgage companies. Jim is a FHA approved Mortgage Loan Consultant with 12 years mortgage experience. Jim's strong work ethic and his incredible sense of responsibility to his customers are nearly legendary.
A Chicago native, Jim has a knowledge of the Chicagoland market and an understanding of the people of the Chicagoland area that few people possess. Jim was promoted to a leadership position at Envision in March 2005. Jim lives in the western suburbs with his wife Donna and their 3 children.

Dear Jim,
As a builder and small business person, I buy houses the same way anyone else does. Well, I used to, until I started working with you and Envision Mortgage Solutions.

I have several crews of workers - and their families - who count on me to have the next property ready for renovation or for demolition and rebuilding, so it is critical for me to have several properties on deck and in process of being purchased. This can be a nightmare of details and it was - until you called and I started working with you. I appreciate the way you keep me up to date on every step. I never have to wonder what my loan status is. You go above and beyond to make my purchases smooth and easy so I can keep my attention focused on the other parts of my life.

The other way that you help me is the way you help my customers. When a project is complete, I list it for sale. I refer every potential buyer to you because I know you'll do the same great job for them as you do for me. You're straight forward about how much house they qualify for and then you moves quickly to get them approved and to get their purchase completed ASAP.
