| Our family recently found ourselves in need of help in securing mortgages in order to buy our 2 homes. My husband and I have bought and sold homes in the past in New Mexico (we moved to Illinois two years ago) but were totally unfamiliar with the process in Illinois. In addition, our daughter and son-in-law were in need of a mortgage to purchase their first home. Needless to say, we all four entered this process with more than a little apprehension. We met a realtor through the house hunting process that highly recommended Phil and Envision Mortgage. We contacted your company the next day, arranged for Phil to come to our home to meet with all of us and, as they say the rest is history.
The whole home buying experience (from start to finish) was wonderful. Phil explained to each of us, individually, in terms we could all understand, the requirements and process associated with securing financing for each of our individual homes. There were many times that we called Phil on weekends or evenings to ask questions (particularly when out house hunting) and Phil was always available to answer any and all questions we might have. To say that he went above and beyond, in relation to helping us, would be an understatement.
We are all settled in to our new homes now and just today we were all talking about how lucky we were to have met Phil. Each of us have already had opportunities and will continue to have opportunities to express to people we know how happy we are that we were guided in the direction of Envision Mortgage and Phil. The process was much less painless than we had anticipated. He told us what information was needed and he got it done, plain and simple. We did not have to spend a lot of time gathering this & that, and he didn’t add anything to the list, which is nice.
